I understand that for various reasons gym’s can be off putting environments. These reasons often include limited knowledge or confidence on the gym floor, contracts and the high price of gym memberships.



Your goals can be achieved by working together through detailed exercise programmes in public parks, at home, back garden, sports fields and specific gyms. I will ensure these are all supported by a well balanced nutritional plan. 

I am more than aware that the biggest obstacle is de-motivation. We all want to look and feel fitter, but regular motivation, support and advice are vital. 

Long term fitness is not gained through fads or gimmicks that are short-lived. I believe in an honest healthy lifestyle. 

There will always be fad diets, products and trends but nothing is a substitute for simple healthy living. My aim is to make exercise fun and target driven.

So, if you are new to fitness or have reached a plateau with your training I can motivate you to reach your fitness goals (individually or in pairs). This includes improving body shape, fat loss, muscle building, strength, toning up or sports performance.
