Exercise helps prevent disease

Research shows that exercise can help prevent heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis (bone loss), and loss of muscle mass. It also helps ease some aspects of the aging process (The American Council on Exercise). "Exercise strengthens the muscles and joints, it is going to reduce your odds of having some of those aches and pains and problems most adults have, mostly because of the inactive lives they lead," 

 
How i can help - get fit

I can travel to wherever needed and deliver tailor-made training to you – at home, in your local park or even at your place of work, if you choose. By bringing fitness training to you, and avoiding the need to go to the gym, the two common obstacles to successful training are removed – inconvenience and poor motivation.

In addition to providing a full fitness programme, we can assess and address your nutritional aims. 



Lack of time and commitment are common barriers to those with a desire to improve their health. To deal with this I can offer a ‘remote’ service that includes regular advice and support by email based on a 4 week nutritional and fitness programme.
